男，1952年4月出生，河南内黄人，1969年1月参加工作，大专学历，中共党员。
曾任中共焦作市委办公室干事、副科长，1988年4月后历任中共沁阳县（市）委常委、组织部长、沁阳市委副书记,1992年12月任中共济源市委副书记、市长，2000年2月任河南省贸易厅党组成员、副厅长，2000年5月任河南省商业贸易行业管理办公室党组书记、主任，2003年11月任河南省商务厅党组成员、副厅长，河南省整顿和规范市场经济秩序领导小组办公室副主任。九届全国人大代表。
工作分工:
负责市场运行调节和扩大消费工作，分管市场运行调节处、酒业协会、商业经济研究所、散装水泥办。
商务厅实行AB角工作制度，曲安民和耿建国同志互为AB角。
上海生命科学研究院研究员个人简介：
1989年赴美国俄克拉荷马大学健康科学中心(The University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, Oklahoma City, OK, USA)进行博士后研究；1992年起在美国法玛西亚普强制药公司(Pharmacia & Upjohn, Inc., Kalamazoo, MI, USA)担任研究科学家(Research Scientist)；1998年入选中科院百人计划，担任中科院上海细胞所（现为中科院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所）研究员至今。主要从事血管生物学相关研究，主要涉及肿瘤、炎症和血栓等领域。已在《Nature》、《Nature Immunology》、《Cancer Cell》、《J Cell Biol》、《Blood》、《J Immunol》、《J Biol Chem》等国际生命科学核心期刊发表SCI引用论文近50篇，已申请或获得了多项国内外专利。目前担任国内期刊《Cell Research》、国外期刊《Cell Adhesion & Migration》的编委。获得国家自然科学基金会杰出青年基金奖。香港求是基金会杰出青年科学家奖。

研究领域集中在血管内皮细胞的结构和功能。具体涉及到炎症过程中白细胞和内皮细胞间的相互作用，血栓形成中血小板和内皮细胞间的相互作用，肿瘤生长和转移中肿瘤细胞和内皮细胞间的相互作用。

首都医科大学主任医师男， 毕业于南京中医药大学，博士学位，主任医师，现供职于首都医科大学中医药学院伤寒、金匮教研室。主要从事伤寒论教学和经方理论和临床运用研究。
科研工作：现主持省市级科研课题一项，局级科研课题一项；参与市级科研课题一项，局级、校级科研课题三项。与北京有关企业合作，开发具有降脂减肥作用的中药功能性食品，目前已通过有关专家的初步评审，有望今年 6 月通过二审评估（终审）后投放市场；另外与山西有关企业合作研发的治疗和预防糖耐量低减及轻型糖尿病的功能性食品正在进行之中。
其它方面：发表学术论文 20 余篇，其中第一作者或独著 17 篇，在核心期刊发表 6 篇，参与撰写医学著作三部（副主编及编委）。
