序贯分析及最优停时，回归诊断，有错抽样检查，模型选择，纵向数据分析，稳健统计，偏最小二乘法，贝叶斯统计，经济计量模型的非参数回归，列联表和分类数据等。
曾经在国际国内专业杂志上发表过五六十篇文章，并且为十本专著和教科书的作者。
