浙江大学企业管理系是国内最早开展企业组织、战略理论和人力资源管理研究的单位之一，拥有三个博士学位授予点：工商管理一级学科博士点、企业管理博士点和技术经济与管理博士点，一个工商管理一级学科博士后流动站，二个硕士学位授予点：企业管理和技术经济与管理，四个本科专业：工商管理、市场营销、人力资源管理、物流管理。企业管理学科是浙江省重点学科，国家“211工程”重点建设项目之一。
企业管理系师资力量雄厚，结构良好，共有39教师，其中博士生导师7人，教授12人，副教授17人，讲师10人。设有企业组织与战略研究所、企业投资研究所、人力资源管理研究所、营销管理研究所和决策优化研究所，形成了以培养高层次管理人才和学科理论研究为中心的教学科研基地，每年为国家输送大批具有创新能力、开拓意识和综合运用知识能力的高素质的毕业生。
多年来，企业管理系教师重点研究企业管理的基本理论、技术和方法，解决企业运作中的重大管理问题。自1998年至2004年，共承担国家自然科学基金、国家哲学社会科学基金资助的研究课题30项，省部级研究课题34项，并承担了100多项企业咨询研究课题，其中50万以上的咨询课题6项，获省级以上各项奖励12项，在SSCI，EI以及国内重要刊物上发表文章数百篇。
浙江大学企业管理系是国内最早开展企业组织、战略理论和人力资源管理研究的单位之一，拥有一批在国内和国外具有相当知名度的学术带头人和学术骨干。在高科技、全球化和信息化对企业管理学科带来挑战的背景下，企业管理系将紧跟国际理论发展前沿，探讨企业管理的变革，研究改进资源管理与战略管理的理论与方法，并根据中国企业的实践探索具有自身特色的理论体系，从而进一步在人力资源管理方向、企业组织与发展战略方向、组织运营管理方向和投资与决策优化方向上形成独特的研究风格和有意义的研究成果。

The Department of Enterprises Management
The Department of Enterprises Management offers doctoral programs in business administration, enterprise management, and technological economics and management and has a postdoctoral work station for business administration. The department also offers 2 master's degree programs in enterprise management, and technological economics and management as well as 4 bachelor's degree programs in business management, marketing, human resources management, and logistics management. Its enterprise management discipline is one of the key disciplines of Zhejiang province and one of the priority disciplines of the National "211 Project".
The department possesses a qualified faculty of 39 members, of whom 12 are professors, 7 being supervisors in doctoral programs, 17 associate professors, and 10 lecturers. There are five research units in the department: the Institute of Business Organization and Strategy, the Institute of Enterprise Investment, the Institute of Human Resources Management, the Institute of Marketing Management, and the Institute of Decision-making and Optimization. The department is one of the pioneers in research and teaching in the fields of enterprise organization, strategy theory, and human resources management and has become a teaching and research base that aims to the training of high quality management personnel, turning out each year many graduates with innovative minds and problem solving capabilities.
The faculty of the department has in recent years concentrated on the basic theory, techniques and methods of enterprise management and offers solutions for enterprise operation. From 1998 to 2004, the department has completed many research projects, including 30 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Foundation of China, 34 funded by various government departments at provincial and ministry level, and more than 100 enterprise-funded consultation projects, of which 6 are projects with more than 500,000 Yuan of fund each. Meanwhile, the department has won 12 research prizes of or above provincial level and published several hundred research papers in national important journals, some of which are listed in SSCI and EI.
The core courses of the bachelor's degree program in business administration include Management, Macro and Micro Economics, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Management Statistics, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Economic Law, Computer-aid Management, E-commerce, Enterprise Strategies Management, and Enterprise Ethics.
