
Mount Kuring-gai StationMountKuring-gai is a railway station on the CityRail network in Sydney. The station is physically on the Main North line, although currently most of the trains serving Mount Kuring-gai travel via the North Shore line. Mount Kuring-gai has an island platform.
Mount Kuring-gai station should not be confused with the stop to alight to attend the Kuring-gai campus of the University of Technology, Sydney. This station is at Lindfield. Many new UTS students have been unintended tourists to Mt Kuring-gai station as a result of this oversight.[citation needed]
Platforms/ServiceThe station is served by two trains per hour in each direction all day.
Platform 1:
North Shore Line - Trains to Central via Chatswood that then continue along the Western Line to Blacktown, Penrith, Emu Plains, Riverstone and Richmond.
Platform 2:
North Shore Line - Trains to Berowra, then it will terminate.
