【人物介绍】惠永正,男,1939年12月生,江苏苏州人。1962年毕业于北京大学化学系;1962年9月,中科院上海有机化学研究所从事研究工作曾任副所长、所长;1990-1998.03国家科委副主任,1998.04-2000.03科技部副部长。2000年3月退休。

【主要工作成就】惠永正早期从事物理有机化学研究,系统地研究了糖淀粉极其衍生物作为宿主体系的宿主-客体化学, 随后研究领域扩展到计算机化学和微泡体化学。近年来主要从事微泡体化学和糖化学研究,包括长链、多氟代长链化物的微泡体的性质和生物合功能模拟: 复杂寡糖的化学合成及糖缀合物中糖链与生物功能之间关系的研究。早年曾从事计算机化学和微环境效应研究,曾获全国科学大会奖(1978),中科院科学进步一等奖(1986),国家自然科学三等奖(1988),和中科院发明一等奖(1997)。至今共发表论文71篇。共培养硕士研究生7,博士研究生6名,合作培养博士生8名[2]。
