麦尔坎·X （Malcolm X），原名麦尔坎·利特尔 （Malcolm Little，1925年5月19日－1965年2月21日）是美国非裔伊斯兰教教士，曾经是伊斯兰国度的发言人，是美国民权运动中的重要人物。伊斯兰国度为美国黑人民权运动的激进路线组织。1964年到麦加朝觐后改奉逊尼派，他抛弃激烈的分离主张，尝试与更多不同的宗教、组织合作，一起为黑人奋斗。 1965年于一场演说前被激进的黑人杀手刺杀身亡。
其自传在1992年被史派克·李拍成电影《马尔克姆·X》（Malcolm X）。
