内容提要快速阅读就是指利用视觉运动的规律，通过一定训练方法，在较短的时间内阅读大量的书籍、报刊等资料的一种科学的学习方法。快速阅读这一概念的内涵由阅读材料的快速性、阅读材料的无声性和阅读方法的科学性构成。
