特异性生物催化的研究：研究适用于手性药物制备的多酶偶联生物催化体系。
靶向药物设计和构效关系的研究：在抗肿瘤、抗风湿性关节炎和抗耐药菌方面，对分子靶向药物进行分子设计及系统的构效关系和成药性研究。
