蔡晋生
教授，男，1962年生。2008年教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。1983年毕业于北京大学力学系，获得理学学士学位。1992年毕业于西北工业大学飞机系，获得工学博士学位。1992至1998年在我校宇航工程学院工作，任副教授。1999至2002年在美国加州大学尔湾分校机械与宇航工程系做访问学者，任副研究员。2002至2008年在新加坡国立大学淡马锡研究所任研究员，计算流体力学团队负责人。任美国航空宇航学会会员。
主要从事计算流体力学以及飞行器气动布局设计。参加了美国NASA关于火焰在微重力下传播规律的研究，开发了美国唯一的液体燃烧表面上三维火焰传播的数值模拟程序。从事漩涡稳定性的数值与理论分析，提出了新的漩涡稳定性判据，实现对复杂涡系的稳定性分析。发展了涡旋稳定性控制的理论分析方法，用于高机动飞行器气动布局优化设计。从事动边界三维复杂流场的快速计算方法研究，提出了新颖的多层网格嵌套策略和快速可靠的隐式切割技术以及相应多重网格计算方法。从事小型及微型飞行器气动设计，发明了新型高效的升力和推力系统。参加了我国载人航天工程的攻关项目运载火箭故障模拟系统的研制，开发的实时仿真软件用于“神六”工程。
