这首曲是由流行之王Michael Jackson谱写、录制，并收录在1995年6月发行的《HIStory》专辑中。
Michael在1993年出庭作证时，曾声言他已写好了《Little Suzy》这首歌，——但这并不一定就是后来的《Little Susie》。这首歌的歌词，和其它四首歌一起，大约在1979年被Michael手写在一本以童星Mark Lester为封面的私人笔记本里。该笔记本，作为超过一万件的Jackson家族藏品之一，已于2006年被环球快递公司及其娱乐界合伙人收购。
