▲刘玉良，东汉石工艺人。生卒不详。汉巴郡太守樊敏石碑，为刘所刻。文五百五十七字，为建安十年（二０六）三月上旬建碑。宋代出土。篆额首尾完好，为汉碑所罕见。在今四川芦山县南五华里，为四川省级文物保护单位之一。四川省博物馆藏有原碑明拓本。参阅《隶释》十一。
▲刘玉良，山东东营市人大常委会副主任。东营市垦利县董集乡人，1945年8月生，大学学历，中共党员。1966年8月参加工作，先后任利津县拖拉机总站（农机局）技术员、分站站长、革委会常委、副局长，利津县六合公社挂职副主任、党委副书记，革委会常委，党委书记。1983年12月起先后任河口区委常委、副区长，党委副书记、区长，东营市农业委员会书记、主任，市政府副秘书长、市长助理、市政府党组成员。1998年2月至今任东营市人大常委会副主任。

研究领域：
长期从事低维强关联系统的理论研究，利用玻色化和重整化群方法严格地处理了单杂质背散射对一维费米系统关联指数的影响。最近提出本征泛函理论，可以处理一般的量子多体系统，特别是低维强关联系统，其最大特点是自然地出现一个描写粒子间关联强度的相场，而求解相场的非线性方程是处理量子多体问题的关键。
