主要科研领域与方向:
家蚕基因组及功能基因组研究。目前主要研究领域:(1)家蚕发育的激素调控研究:旨在基于家蚕和其它昆虫全基因组数据,通过比较基因组学方法,分析鉴定家蚕发育激素调节信号通路及相关重要基因,研究其在家蚕发育调控中的分子作用机制,并应用于家蚕素材创新。(2)比较基因组学研究:基于昆虫和其它动物基因组、转录组和蛋白质组数据,分析家蚕重要基因家族的结构特点和进化机制。
