采 集 地： 广泛分布于环境，主要是土壤。
用途： 生产肌酸苷酶，可代谢尼古丁，在烟草加工业中具有增加香气，降低刺激，提高吸烟安全等应用潜能。
形态： 幼龄培养物的细胞呈不规则的杆状， 0.8～1.2μm×1.8～8.0μm。常呈V形排列端圆，但没有丝状体。生长过程中，杆状断裂成小球状，直径0.6～ 1.0μm。单个、成对排列，不规则的堆状。
特性： 化能异养菌，通常生长在简单培养基加生物素，氧化代谢。从葡萄糖或其它糖产生少量酸或不产酸。接触酶阳性。
培养： 最适生长温度20～35℃。好氧。
保藏温度： -70 摄氏度
