匈牙利作曲家
里盖蒂（1923—2006,Gyorgy Ligeti），匈牙利作曲家；1923年5月28日生于持兰西瓦尼亚的迪乔圣马丁。
里盖蒂1945—1948年在布达佩斯李斯特音乐学院向菲伦茨·法卡斯(Ferenc Farkas) 和桑多尔·维列斯(Sandov Veress) 学习，从1950年起在那里先后任过和声、对位和音乐分析教师；1956年以后移居维也纳；1957－1958年期间曾在科隆电子实验室工作；1959年开始在达姆施塔特暑期音乐讲习取授课；从1961年起一直在斯德哥尔摩音乐学院任教。
他是自巴托克以来最重要的匈牙利作曲家，《大气层》（Atmospheres, 1961）发展了音块作曲手法，标志着新音乐在技术上和美学上的一个转折点，确立了里盖蒂作为欧洲先锋派音乐主要作曲家的地位。
他的一些创作思想在《幻象》（Apparitions，1958—1959）中已初见端倪，随即在他对序列技术的理论与实践的批评性研究中得到发展。在这个过程中，他意识到序列主义必将导致清晰的音程与节奏的消失，这个结论使他在自己的作品中放弃对个别可感音程和节奏的关注，专心于音本身的色彩和深度的探索，注重它的外部音量和内部织体的创造，注重音块与音色的变换。
60年代中叶以来，里盖蒂的作品显示出越来越强烈的与众不同的倾向，特别是在和声方面，他尝试用微分音来使音高的层次变化和色彩的明暗更精细。
60年后期，他的音乐织体变得清澈透明，从作品中往往可以清晰地体察到旋律和节奏的型态。
里盖蒂不仅是一位乐队音乐作曲家，也是一位键盘音乐作曲家；《11首利车卡尔曲》（Musrata)创作于1951—1953年，这套作品中的第11首，被里盖蒂于1953年改编成管风琴独奏，第3、5、7、8、9、10首，也于同年改编为管乐五重奏的《6首钢琴小品曲》，此外，全部《11首利车卡尔曲》以及其他一些键盘作品，都有“手摇风琴”（Barrel Organ）改编曲。
里盖蒂于2006年6月12日逝世于维也纳，享年83岁。
