做法:

1、基围虾冲洗干净,放入锅里,加半杯水;

2、大火煮到所有基围虾变成橙红色,撒1小勺盐关火;

3、生菜冲洗干净,用手撕成合适大小的块(尽量不用刀切);

4、西红柿切块,和生菜装入盆中,淋入1小勺橄榄油;

5、最后加沙拉酱或千岛汁拌匀。
