KGS系列大功率直流电源采用晶闸管作为三相调压器的关键器件，由单片机系统为核心构成调压、整流的智能化控制系统，通过PLC可精确控制加热温度、加热功率、等待时间、冷却时间，以保证加热工艺，且安装有人机界面（触摸屏），可方便设定加热功率、等待时间、冷却时间等技术参数。具有效率高、电路简单可靠、调试操作方便等优点，不仅可为生产企业提高产品质量、改进生产工艺，而且具有显著的节能效果。

The KGS series large power DC power supply adopts thyristor as the key parts of 3-phase voltage regulation. The intelligentized control system is consisted of singlechip (SCM) as key part, has the functions of voltage regulation and rectifying. It can be controlled accurately by PLC on heating temperature, heating power, waiting time, cooling time which guarantee heating technics, and with HMI (touch screen), heating power, waiting time, cooling time technical parameters can be set easily, with the merits of high efficiency, simple but reliable circuit, easy commissioning etc. Not only reform company’s production technics, increase products quality, highly decrease power distribution capacity, but also energy-saving significantly.
