简历男,1975年生于北京;博士,研究员。
1997年毕业于南京大学地球科学系,1997年8月至今在中国科学院南京地质古生物研究所工作。
研究方向为特异埋藏动物群及演化古生物学,主要从事澄江动物群、中生代昆虫化石及其他特异埋藏无脊椎动物化石研究。
历任研究实习员(1997-2000)、助理研究员(2000-2005)、副研究员(2005-2009)、研究员(2009.01)。2005年1月获法国里昂第一大学博士学位。2000年参加加拿大布尔吉斯页岩的化石发掘,8次到法国里昂第一大学及法国国立自然历史博物馆合作研究,在瑞典海洋工作站采集并研究了现代曳鳃动物标本,访问了德国、丹麦、法国、西班牙、美国等多所博物馆及大学。共发表论文50余篇,其中第一作者SCI论文18篇,第二作者Nature,Science,PNAS论文各1篇。2003年获江苏省科技进步一等奖(脊椎动物起源及早期演化;第二获奖人);2004年获法中科技协会陈氏兄弟地球科学奖(寒武纪底内生动物群;Le Prix TANG Freres Sciences de la Terre 2004)。研究领域主要研究领域:特异埋藏动物群及演化古生物学
1)澄江动物群
对海口虫进行形态解剖学研究,为脊椎动物的起源提供了重要依据;澄江动物群毛颚动物的发现为寒武纪早期生命基本构型多样性提供了新的证据;发现了早寒武世尾索动物,为该亚门的首次确切化石记录;研究了澄江动物群中微型节肢动物;研究了澄江动物群中无壳软体动物,为软体动物门的起源和早期演化及解决布尔吉斯页岩中的部分疑难化石提供了方案。作为主要作者之一这些成果发表在英国《自然》杂志,《皇家学会会志》,美国《科学》杂志,《美国科学院院报》上。
对澄江动物群蠕形动物进行系统研究与修正。建立曳鳃动物两个绝灭科Corynetidae和Anningidae,发现Anningvermis具有五边形排列咽齿;通过形态比较学研究认为曳鳃动物现生科Priapulidae在寒武纪早期已经出现并产生形态分化,表现出形态演化停滞性特征,并论证了曳鳃虫科在早寒武世的形态多样性;发现了目前唯一可靠的星虫动物门化石,并将该门地质记录前推到寒武纪早期,并认为它们非常类似现生科Golfingiidae,从而证明一些星虫动物在5亿多年的演化历史中的形态稳定性。
2)昆虫化石
对我国中生代昆虫化石群如京西早白垩世卢尚坟昆虫群、辽西早白垩世热河昆虫群、内蒙中侏罗世道虎沟昆虫群的昆虫化石进行研究,对二叠纪银屏组昆虫化石进行了采集和研究。并试探性开展琥珀研究工作。
近年来开始对道虎沟动物群进行了详细的研究工作,收集昆虫化石5万块以上,包括至少23个目的庞大昆虫类群,代表了世界上中生代门类最繁多的化石昆虫群。其中石蛃目、蛩蠊目、螳修目、缨翅目、纺足目等化石均在我国首次发现。
3)其他特异埋藏动物群
在道虎沟动物群中还发现了大量非昆虫节肢动物,如蜘蛛目和盲蛛目化石,鳃足纲无甲目和保存软体的介甲目化石,以及扁形动物化石。初步研究了凯里动物群及美国中寒武世及晚石炭世动物群的蠕形动物。代表论著最新论文
