雪碧苦瓜的制作材料：主料：苦瓜
调料：枸杞子,雪碧,橙汁,蜂蜜
做法:
1.苦瓜洗净,对半剖开,用铁勺刮去里面的瓤,怕苦的尽量刮的干净点.
2.苦瓜在流动的水里清洗(这一步同样是为了去苦味),再放在凉开水里浸泡.
3.取雪碧一罐倒入容器,放入枸杞子一把,然后把苦瓜从凉开水里取出沥干放入雪碧浸泡至少一个晚上.
4.吃的时候把苦瓜捞出,用少许橙汁调入蜂蜜做成蘸料,蘸着吃.
提示：去苦瓜的苦味还有个办法,就是苦瓜里放盐腌一会,再洗掉.爱吃苦味的就不需要这么麻烦了,呵呵...
