【制作方法】
1、榛子用烤箱烤5分钟（150度火力），取出后晾凉去皮压成颗粒。将榛子碎放入巧克力酱中拌匀，作为馅料；
2、黄油切成小块室温软化，加入糖粉打至颜色变白。分3-4次加入鸡蛋液，每一次加入都搅打充分，最后黄油体积膨大；
3、加入椰蓉，筛入低筋面粉拌匀，揉成面团；
4、将25克黄油面团捏成薄片状在模子中铺开，用手轻轻按压至面团和模子贴合，放入约20克巧克力馅料，然后另取少许面团封口。表面可以用叉子叉出花纹；
5、将烤箱提前预热至180度，在表面刷上一层蛋黄液，放入烤箱，用180度上下火烘烤25分钟，直到表面变成金黄色即可。

Making
