奥克语（Langue d'oc）或奥克西唐语（Occitan，又译欧西坦语），是印欧语系罗曼语族的一种语言，主要通行于法国南部(特别是普罗旺斯)及Loire以南)，意大利的阿尔卑斯山山谷，以及西班牙的Val d'Aran。
奥克语名称的来由和“西方”(法语：Occidental)无关，而是和他们本身的语言有关。由於中世纪时间，他们将“是”（同意）讲成“oc”而法国北部的人则讲成“oïl”(现在再变成“oui”)，所以当时的人将两种语言分别称为“langue d'oc”（奥克语）及“Langue d'oïl”（奥依语）。奥克西唐语和加泰隆尼亚语十分相似。
普罗旺斯语是奥克西唐语的一种方言，主要在法国的普罗旺斯通行，并不是一种独立语言。法国的两篇文学作品Frederic Mistral和Felibrige就是用这种语言来书写。
奥克语相对于现代法语的特色，在于它还残留不少中世纪时期的语言特征。

The Catalan language is an Ausbau language which became independent from Occitan during the 13th century. But it comes from the Aquitanopirenenc stem.

另一个著名的欧西坦语例子是这个时期从Arnaut Daniel特有的第10章：
"leu sui Arnaut qu'amas l'aura
E chatz le lebre ab lo bou
E nadi contra suberna"
Modern Occitan: Ieu soi Arnaut qu'aimi l'aura e caci [chaci] la lèbre amb lo buòu e nadi contra subèrna.

法国作家雨果的名著《Les Misérables》也同样包含一些欧西坦语，在第一部分第四章中有：

Il disait: — E ben, monsur, sètz saget? comme dans le bas Languedoc. — Ont anaratz passar? comme dans les basses Alpes. — Pòrti un bon moton amb un bon formatge gras, comme dans le haut Dauphiné. […] Parlant toutes les langues, il entrait dans toutes les âmes."
