仿欧式建筑。单层外廊面阔五间，红瓦两坡顶。建于1917年北洋政府的江苏督军冯国璋任上。江苏督军署和国民政府时期一直作为会客的场所。1946年后的国民政府和总统府时期辟为外宾接待室。各国使节递交国书，举行仪式及摄影后，即迎至室内与主席或总统晤谈。其他重要宾客也在此接待，如马歇尔、司徒雷登、魏德迈等。
This western-style building was originally built in 1917, when General Feng Guozhang was served as the Jiangsu Military Governor. It was used as the reception room by General Feng and the Nationalist Government later. During the periods of the Nationalist Government and the Presidential Palace after 1946, it was used as "the Reception House for Foreign Guests". Here Chiang Kai-shek received many important foreign visitors, such as General Marshall, J. L. Stuart, A. Wedemeyer and so on.
