Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meals is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).
*不要用餐后抽烟-专家的实验证实用餐后抽烟比一般时间抽10根香烟有更高的致癌机率。
* Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.
*用餐后不要立即吃水果-用餐后立即吃水果将导致胃部因空气而肿胀。
因此在用餐后的2小时或是用餐前1小时吃水果是比较理想的。
□ Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
*不要在用餐后喝茶-因为茶叶通常含有高酸性。这种酸性物质将导致我们所摄取食物中所含的蛋白质变硬,因此会比较难消化。
□ * Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.
*用餐后别松开你的腰带-用餐后立即松开腰带将让你的肠子容易纠结和阻塞。(这个观念怪怪的,不晓得在下有无翻译错误)
□ * Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
*不要在餐后洗澡-洗澡时会使得血液流向手、脚和我们身体的其他部位,因此会减少胃部中的血液量,这将会使得我们胃部的消化能力变差。
□ * Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In reality this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
*饭后不要散步-大家总是说"饭后走100步可以活到99岁"。但是那个观念是错误的,用餐后的走动将使我们的 消化系统没有足够能力从我所摄取的食物中吸收足够的营养。
□ * Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.
*用餐后不要立即睡觉-这样我摄取的食物将没有办法得到适当的消化,因此可能导致胃部和肠部的感染。
