秦皇岛市第十五中学位于秦皇岛市区的西北部，是一所四年制初级中学。占地36亩，现有学生1400人，教职工121人。
该校于1993至1994年间，经市区两级政府投资及香港爱国人士邵逸夫先生捐资兴建。现已形成以两栋教学楼为主体，封闭式操场、篮球场等设施为辅的和谐的建筑群,并拥有一流的教学设施供师生使用。
学校师资力量雄厚，（其中高职15人、中职76人、初职39人）他们中有承担国家、省、市各级科研课题的学科带头人，有市区级的骨干教师，还有一大批教学经验丰富，长期奋斗在教学第一线的优秀教师。建校十余年来，我校教师在国家、省、市级各类刊物中发表百余篇教育教学文章，在国家、省、市、区级的教学竞赛中，多人次获奖。在2004年，我校被省教育厅定为“以校为本教研制度建设基地校”。
近年来，学校坚定不移地贯彻党的教育方针，坚持以德育为先导，以教育为中心，不断强化素质教育。建校至今，学生巩固率为100%，初中毕业合格率为99.6%，并多次荣获“德育工作优秀单位”、“精神文明建设单位”、“花园学校”等荣誉。学校美术小组多幅作品分获国际、国家级奖。2005年我校被评为“全国美术教育基地”，在“普九”工作中，我校被评为区优秀单位。

No.15 Middle School lies in the northwest of Qinhuangdao. It covers an area of 36 mu. There are 1,400 students,121 teaching and administrative staffs in our school.
This school was built during the years of 1993 and 1994. It was invested by our city and district governments and the patriotic personage of Hong Kong, Mr. Shao Yifu.Now it has been a harmonious architectural complex with two teaching buildings, a closed playground and a basketball court, It also has first-class teaching facilities being used by all the teachers and students.
Our school has many good teachers.(including 15 teachers with the title of the senior post ,76 teachers with the title of the middle rank and 39 teachers with the primary title. Many of them are the discipline foregoers bearing the tasks at all levels of the nation, the province and the city. There are some backbone teachers in our city and district.. Our teachers are all excellent with rich experience. They have taught the first-line teaching work for many years. Since it was built about ten years ago, our teachers' hundreds of education articles have been published in all kinds of national publications, provincial publications and city publications. There are many teachers who have won prizes in the math competitions many times. These competitions were held by our country's province city and district.
In the year of 2004,our school was evaluated the Center-School based on its own school teaching and research system by Hebei Education Department.
Since the school was built, our school has firmly carried out the policy for education of our party. We have regarded the moral education as our precursor and the education as our center to strengthen the quality-oriented education continuously. Up to now, the students’ consolidation rate has reached 100 per cent. The qualified rate of the senior school is 99.6 per cent. Our school has won many honors, such as the Excellent Unit of Moral Education Work, the Constructive Unit of Spiritual Civilization and Garden School. Many art works of our school art group also win prizes in the country and city. In 2005,our school was evaluated “National Art Education Center.” Our school was also evaluated our district outstanding unit in the Nine-year Universal Education.
We are sure we will use science and technology to make our country prosperous. All the staffs of No.15 Middle School will try their best to train new century high quality citizens and people with professional skills. We will struggle for ever.
