公司于2003年8月28日动工兴建，占地面积257210平方米，建筑面积39000平方米，已建成年产120000立方米薄型中密度纤维板生产线以及制胶、动力等配套工程。预计公司达产后，年产值可达2.3亿元，年销售收入2亿元，是安徽省最大的森工企业。
公司从德国、芬兰引进国际先进的现代化生产设备，以小径松木、杨木及枝丫材为原料，通过科学的工艺加工，生产1.8-8mm厚各种幅面的中高密度纤维板，可广泛用于家具制造、建筑装潢、电器电子、礼品包装、强化地板等行业，具有广阔的市场前景。

Asia Europe Wood was built on Aug 28, 2003 and occupied the 257210 m2, the building area is up to 39000 m2, the company has established the production line with the annual output of 120000 m3 thin middle-density fiberboard and the fitting project for glue making and power etc. It is expected that the annual production value is up to 0.23 billion RMB and annual selling revenue is up to 0.2 billion RMB after the company begins to produce, and it will be the largest forest enterprise in Anhui province.
