胡金波，男，汉族，1960年1月生，江苏淮安人，1978年1月月加入中国共产党，1976年7月参加工作，河海大学经济学院技术经济管理专业毕业，博士，研究员。1976.07-1978.09在江苏省淮安市楚州区溪河镇红旗村插队劳动，任村团支部书记（其间1976.12-1977.06，任江苏省淮阴地区赴海南杂交水稻制种队队员）；1978.10-1982.07在南京农业大学农学系读书，获农学学士学位，任班长；1982.08-1986.02在南京农业大学农学系工作，任系团总支副书记、书记、系党总支委员、人事秘书等职；1986.03-1986.08任南京农业大学团委副书记；1986.08-1988.07任南京农业大学团委书记；1988.07-1992.08任南京农业大学党委办公室副主任（其间1990.09-1991.06，在农牧渔业部英语培训班学习，任学员党支部书记）；1992.09-1994.06在浙江大学哲学系攻读硕士研究生，获法学硕士学位，任系研究生党支部书记；1994.07-1995.05任南京农业大学校长助理兼党委办公室主任；1995.05-1998.06任南京农业大学党委副书记兼纪委书记（其间1996.09-1996.12在中央党校国家机关分校干部进修班学习）；1998.07-2001.10任南京农业大学党委副书记兼副校长（其间1998.09-2001.11，在河海大学经济学院技术经济管理专业在职攻读博士研究生，获管理学博士学位，任研究生党支部书记、班长）；2001.11-2008.03任中国药科大学党委书记（其间2003.11-2003.12参加教育部和外国专家局组织的中国大学领导赴美学习团，在美国宾夕法尼亚大学学习,任团长；2004.09-2005.01在中央党校进修部学习，任进修二班第43期B班一支部学习委员）。
２、胡金波 博士
1973年2月9日出生于浙江慈溪，中科院上海有机化学研究所有机氟化学重点实验室研究员，课题组长，2005年入选中科院“百人计划”。
教育背景
1990年9月－1994年7月： 杭州大学（现浙江大学）化学系化学专业有机化学专门化班，理学学士。
1994年9月－1997年7月：免试保送至中国科学院上海冶金研究所（现中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所），硕士学位，师从彭瑞伍研究员
1997年8月－2002年5月： 美国南加州大学(University of Southern California)化学系，博士学位，师从著名有机氟化学家G.K. Surya Prakash教授和诺贝尔奖得主George A. Olah教授。
工作经历
2002年6月－2005年1月： 美国南加州大学(University of Southern California)化学系碳氢化学研究所George A. Olah教授和G.K. Surya Prakash教授联合研究组，博士后研究（Postdoctoral Fellow）。
2005年1月－ 中国科学院上海有机化学研究所“百人计划”研究员，课题组组长 。

研究领域和方向:
有机氟化学, 主要包括：（1）选择性氟化反应方法学研究，特别是有机含氟砜、亚砜、硫醚、硅烷等所参与的氟烷基化反应；（2）探索含氟体系中的C－H键断裂和C－C键形成，开展以氢氟碳（HFC）为氟资源的绿色氟化学研究；（3）探索氟气、无水氟化氢、四氟化硫等战略性氟化试剂的安全使用和新用途，并开发其衍生试剂和反应;（4）具有应用前景的含氟物质及含氟功能材料的合成。
