1.中国科技大学物理系教授1984年7月于山东大学物理系获学士学位（固体物理）
1989年6月于中国科技大学化学物理系获硕士学位（化学物理）
1997年6月于香港科技大学化学系获博士学位（物理化学）
1989年6月-1992年11月、1997年7月至今 在中国科技大学化学物理系工作，从事分子结构与分子光谱的科研工作，以及《结构化学》、《量子化学》课程的教学工作。
研究方向：拉曼光谱与分子结构、计算分子光谱
1998年以来，承担国家自然科学基金项目2项，教育部和安徽省科研项目各1项。

2.成都籍中医内科主治医师陈东明 男，1950年11月生。中共党员。毕业于成都中医药大学。现任成都市卫生局中医处处长、中医内科主治医师，系中国中西医结合学会成都分会常务理事、副秘书长、成都中医学会、针灸学会副秘书长。长期致力于医疗、教学、科研和行政管理工作，在实践中积累了丰富的经验。1986—1988年任成都市中医医院副院长，党总支委员会副书记，为医院建设和发展做出了贡献；1988年起任成都市卫生局中医处处长，为加强中医管理工作，发展成都中医事业做出了努力和贡献。参加完成四川省中医局课题“痔贴灵胶带的开发研究”获四川省中医管理局中医药科学技术进步三等奖。荣获市卫生局机关1994、1996、1998—2000年度优秀党务工作者称号。
3.中国水利水电出版社副社长陈东明，男，山东昌邑人，1970年1月生，汉族，研究生学历，主任编辑，中共党员。
1991年7月毕业于华北水利水电学院
动力系水利水电动力工程专业。
1991年07月-1997年07月在中国水利报社工作，先后任助理编辑、编辑、经济特刊部负责人、经济特刊部副主任（主持工作）。其间，受水利部委派，于1996年7月-1997年7月在延安地区挂职锻炼，任陕西省延长县县长助理。
1997年07月-1998年10月任《中国水利》杂志副主编（主持工作）。
1998年10月-2003年06月先后任水利部直属机关党委企事业处副处长（主持工作）、企事业处处长、机关处处长。
2003年10月任中国水利水电出版社副社长。
2004年12月任中国水利水电出版社副社长、纪委书记。
社会兼职：水利部新闻系列高级专业技术职务评审委员会副主任，中国水利思想政治工作研究会理事。
