傅正平

傅正平,男,副教授,毕业于中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系。2001.9-2001.12在德国Chemnitz大学物理系做访问学者。2003.12-2004.12在台湾新竹清华大学物理系做博士后。主要从事新一代半导体材料, 纳米结构材料及光子晶体等的制备、结构与物性研究。近五年来发表主要论文如下:
