陈东彦，女，生于1964年4月, 2000年7月获哈尔滨工业大学应用数学博士学位。现任：哈尔滨理工大学数学系教授、系党支部书记、副主任、校应用数学学科带头人。曾主讲数学建模，高等数学，概率论与数理统计，线性代数，控制理论及其应用等课程。
