中科院广州电子技术有限公司（以下简称“广州电子公司”）前身为中国科学院广州电子技术研究所，创建于1970年。现有职工176人，其中科技人员124人，占公司人员的70%以上；其中高级技术人员38人，中级技术人员68人，是一支功底深厚、具有开拓创新能力的年轻IT专业队伍。公司注册资本3060万元，净资产3900多万元，拥有三座总面积约一万七千多平方米的综合实验楼。

Guangzhou Electronic Technology Co. Ltd was founded on the base of Guangzhou Institute of Electronic Technology，Chinese Academy of Sciences. The later has been run since 1970. This company currently has 228 employees including 187 experienced and innovative scientific and technical personnel (38 senior professionals and 68 engineers). It has three main buildings with about 15 000 m2 floor area , 30.6 million yuan (RMB) of registered capital and 39 million yuan (RMB) of net assets.
