另,他每天都不是同一个ip,而且都是在23：00--4：00之间上来（那时我在睡觉）

如果把软件的链接，链接到ftp服务器上，通过ftp服务器来限制流量，不知可不可以？

能告诉我么，我试试看
teleprotpro没用的，人家用frontpage下载，其实teleport也可以把标记改成和IE浏览器一样，或者wget也可以啦，只能骗骗菜鸟啦。
