选择CCM版本。IP Softphone 1.3.4a是最新版了（截止到2006年2月），如果你得CCM是4.1，选择4.0就可以，没有关系。

你要确保CCM添加了这个IP Softphone用户，添加方法跟添加一部电话没什么区别。CCM在Add a New Device里面有IP Softphone这个选项。
