今天是ubuntu7.04发布的第二天，喜欢尝鲜的我还是经不起新的版本的诱惑把用了近半年的6.06格掉了，重新安装了7.04，这个版本到底有 什么不同呢？首先最直接的感觉是界面漂亮一些了，原来6.06启动界面太暗，现在清晰多了，ubuntu几个字母也更好看些（自我认为），系统自带了 JAVA1.4.2并不是网上留传是自带了1..6的版本，而传说中自带的netbeans更是无从说起（不过源里面倒是可以找到 netbeans5.5），自带的OpenOffice是2.2版的，系统字体中多了两个文鼎字体，字体发虚现象有了很好的改善，起码比起6.06好多 了，将在语言支持中设置成中文后，自动装好输入法和GNOME等软件中文化，输入法调用也没有任何问题，看来ubuntu更适合中国人使用了。之前网上传 7.04默认桌面是3D界面的，现在看来是不攻自破了，倒是在“系统”－“首选项”－“桌面效果”可以启用立体效果，不过给出的警告有点吓人：“不一定在 所有计算机 中都能正常运行，可能会造成一系列不可预知的后果”，反正我点击启用后是没有效果，可能是我的本本配置差了一点，为了不造成一系列不可预知的后果就没有一 直尝试立体效果了，7.04在首选项中添加了“屏幕分辨率”可以直接设置显示的分辨率和刷新率，记得6.06中还要修改配置文件才能修改分辨率的过去已经 不会再有了。一晚上的体验非常的肤浅，日后有机会再详细交流心得。
这次新版本的发布没有CSDN上说的“该新版本中集成了Sun公司的 Java相关软件，包括Java SE 6，GlassFish，JavaDB和NetBeans 等”，可能由于我安装的是CD版本，估计DVD版本集成的软件会多得多。用CD安装的朋友还是一个个从源里面安装吧。
新版本的ubuntu显得更人性化，不过在linux中毕竟界面只不过是个X桌面程序，深究就没什么意思了，还是多了解一些底层，多敲敲命令来得实在，效率也高许多。
国内的网站上还没有更新源的地址，我在google上搜到一些，大家测试一下速度选各自喜欢的吧。这是从CSDN上找到的，本人只试过中国科技大学这个源，速度比交大的快太多了，教育网的朋友可以试试。
