Julie Garellais a frequent author and lecturer on growth and exit strategies of privately held businesses. She is currently Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development for Citigroup Capital Strategies, where she works with business owners to find liquidity strategies for their companies. Prior to joining Citigroup, Garella with Hugh McColl, the former chairman of Bank of America, founded McColl Garella, the first and only investment bank dedicated to mergers & acquisitions and raising capital exclusively for woman-owned and -led companies.
