教你让Cisco重发证书
1.访问下面这个链接
https://www.certmanager.net/cisco/login.aspx?returnurl=%2fcisco%2fdefault.aspx
正确打开链接后，点击如下图蓝色框内的链接(不用登录，直接点击就可以)
2.正确打开后，会看到如下图所示的页面，点击蓝色框内的链接--create a case(假如看不到，可以尝试搜索)
3.正确打开后，会会看到如下图所示的页面，点击蓝色框内的链接--create a case
4.正确打开后，你会看到这样的页面(下面是要害)
填写你的e-mail地址(请确保你填写的e-mail能接收cisco的信件)
填写subject
填写内容，包括完整地址，邮编，cisco id和要求重发什么证书
下面是一个示例
由于本人英语水平有限

5.正确打开后，你会看到这样的页面
点击左下角蓝色框内的按钮
6.接着你会看到这样的页面
到这里为止，基本工作已经完成了，接下来到你刚才填写的信箱去收信，等你看到这个页面，再打开信箱，信就来了(反正我是这样)
信大致是这样的

然后就去访问第1个步骤的链接，使用你的cisco id登录，查看你的个人信息是否正确，不正确的话要修改了。
7.一般第二天就能再收到一封答复信，下面是一个示例

后记:这次亲自去创建case并记录了case从创建到回复,最后解决的全过程,一般情况下前后会收到4封e-mail(我的分别是在11月6,11月7,11月8,11月11收到),第一封是你提交了case后,系统马上自动生成并发到你信箱的,这时最好到跟踪系统查看并更新你的个人信息;第二封是对方给你的回复,你需要查看并按照提示去做,必须在两个工作日内回复case;第三封是对方对你的回复的解答,一般问题这时就解决了,你去case查看也显示的是solved,接着case将会几天后关闭;第四封就是问题完全解决后,对方发来的一封信,主要是感谢你联系他们之类的,另外就是说为了提高服务质量,请帮忙完成一个调查,我一般是填一下的.
