Solution
The streams I/O waits that you are seeing in
HP-UX 11.00 are the old socket I/O waits that
you saw in HP-UX 10.20.
Apparently the changes were made from HP-UX
10.30 onwards in the networking layer of the
kernel, which now uses streams-based IPC.
Glance is simply reflecting this change.
