盒装的 CPU 搭配原厂风扇出货基本上是常态，怎么会有传闻说下一代的高阶 Core i7 芯片将不搭配散热器出货呢？难道是下一代的芯片竟然散热量低到这种地步了吗？别傻了，孩子，这只是单纯因为反正原厂风扇对玩家来说通常也是拆封了之后就直接丢一边，改装客制化的风扇，Intel 自然也就乐得省一点成本。事实上，虽然 TDP 还是维持 130W 没变，据 VR-Zone 的消息新的三个 CPU i7-3820、3930K 和 3960K 实际上消耗的功率在不超频的情况下，最高可能接近 180W -- 若非常特别设计的解决方案，这么多热要怎么带走还真是个问题呢！
Intel 在高阶的 CPU 上不搭售散热器是有前例可循的，去年的 Xeon 就曾经这样做过。如果能节省成本／降低售价，或许对 Intel 和消费者来说，这个转变都是个好的变化吧！
