AllThingsD 又给我们带来了一个突发新闻，微软 Windows Phone 高管 Andy Lees 被更换，接任他的是 Terry Myerson，后者是同一个部门负责工程的企业副总裁。他将承当 Andy Lees 的工作职责，不过职务并没有继承过来。微软 CEO 鲍尔默表态到，这是一个关键时刻做出的决定，为的是让 Lees 更好地致力于把握让 Windows Phone 和 Windows 8 的影响最大化。这个职位变动也并不让人感到意外，因为微软自己也承认 Windows Phone 的表现并没有好于市场预期。Terry Myerson 从 1997 年起就在微软供职，之前领导兑換 Microsoft Exchange 部门的团队。虽然 Lees 现在转而参与微软其他项目，但还仍旧保持着手机业务部门的总裁头衔。
