(根据我的推测,该软件本身极可能是一个超简单的模板系统,“软件设计者”可以定义一个recipe,其实就是一个模板,然后定义一些 variables,然后可以包装出exe,运行时就是根据用户的输入向模板填写然后产生结果而已。显然它就是一个简单的模板设计器,也许可以加上批处理功能。我怀疑它甚至不需要UI设计器。也许,任何了解某种模板和脚本语言的编程爱好者都能看穿它。当然,它所能产生的“软件”是“无限多”的……它的例子如下:可以定制收信人姓名或者其他的推销信创建器、弹出窗口创建器、货单创建器、电子书、也许具有群发功能的超级会员通知书写器、集合了若干功能的web 军刀、madlibs小游戏——就是你说几个词,然后填入一个预先设计的句子里产生搞笑的结果)、贺卡创建器……鉴于贺卡创建器和第一个推销信创建器何其相似,说明其已经黔驴技穷,我就不再列举了。)
下面列几种我总结的技巧如下:
语言亲切,多用比兴。大量的排比、呼应(反复强调),多用小标题和列表(循循善诱),及时插入感叹和设问(自我暗示)……总之深得演讲学的要点。
拿一个未定的patent来唬人。并恩赐你royalty-free。(我一向反对任何形式的软件专利,除了侵犯思想自由的根本原因,也有另一个小原因:专利是垄断,也是权威,这个时代,公众总是被权威唬弄的对象。)
行文中不断插入成功者的现身说法来强化其可信度。还公布那些成功者的联系方式,你可以去确认!(然而,反复轰炸已经消除了怀疑者去确认的动力——这么多,难道都是假的?)
以简短易懂的点子来说服读者,你也可以作到。(自然对实现这些点子所需的技术细节譬如许多例子里面所需要的网页制作技巧一笔带过,实际上诱导外行认为实现细节也应该像拍脑袋想点子那样简单。)
以似是而非的事实来迷惑外行。它列举软件的高昂费用,$1000-$10000;然而,它举例的点子所产生的所谓your own software,根本不是可与上述软件比较的,而只是一些小玩具(尽管小玩具也可能有大价值)。(多数人对自己不了解的领域会警觉,他们是不是在诈我?实际上行文在诱导读者这样思考:诳我?有了它,我自己也行!)
总结一些必然正确且具魅力的“成功之路”。例如 Your 3 Steps to Success: 1. Generate an Idea, 2. Turn That Idea into Reality, 3. Turn That Reality into Money。
很有技巧的预先撇清。在已经蛊惑住读者的心之后,他告诉你,是的,你必须遵循一些规则,所以它是有局限的,但是他又告诉你这些规则的组合是无穷的,所以你可以作的软件也是无穷的……呵呵,不是做不到,是你想不到?陷阱已经产生,这岂是用一句“You can't write a book in Chinese if you have the English alphabet.”可以轻描淡写的呢?

不断抛出一些看似必然的前提来暗示你,如果你未能获得成功一切都是你的问题。如你要能每天头脑风暴出20个点子。然而如果那20个点子没有获得成功,那是你头脑不够灵活,不了解市场,不走运……总之与它无关。
