Port Assignments for Commonly Used Services
There are many services associated with the Microsoft® Windows® 2000 operating system. These services may require more than one Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) or User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port for the service to be functional. The following table shows the default ports that each service uses.
