找到你装Doom 3的目录，打开下面的base目录，
用任意文档编辑器，如记事本编辑DoomConfig.cfg文件，找到
seta com_allowConsole '0'
这一行，改成
seta com_allowConsole '1'
如果没有，加到文件最后
然后保存。再运行游戏，就可以用~打开控制台了。
DOOM3的秘技指令如下：
Bring the console up with [~] and type the following codes in to blow
the monsters back to hell:)
aviDemo = Saves a demo of your playing to an AVI movie file
benchmark = Game Benchmark
doomhell = Skip all levels to last
freeze = Freeze all on screen

com_drawfps 1 = Show FPS
give all = Full load of weapons and ammo
give doom95 = Load the '95 version of Doom

give weapon_plasmagun = Plasmagun
give weapon_bfg = BFG
give weapon_chainsaw = Chainsaw
give weapon_rocketlauncher = Rocket Launcher
status = Your game status
quit = Quid aka Exit
P.S.必须运行游戏一遍，DoomConfig.cfg才能自动生成，刚装完游戏的时候是没有DoomConfig.cfg文件的。
用Ctrl+alt+“`”，也可以打开控制台，不用改脚本！就是多按两个键！
