The Pocket PC 2003 Software Development Kit (SDK) includes an emulator that uses a virtual machine to run the full Pocket PC 2003 software independent of your main operating system on the same machine. We’re pleased to release new Emulator Images that allow you to test your applications in all available Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition languages.
