这是我在英文blog 上的文章,很蹩脚, 对付看吧, 我懒得再翻译过来了。

Is mutation always passive? A new evolution model guess The present model of evolution is: gene is always changed by some external stimulation directly ( like x ray),gene can not be changed by themselves initiatively。

There are some facts that can not be explained well by this existing model, like emerging so many species at Cambria within short period of time and how to evolve such subtle organ such as eyes.

Inspired by my major, I present a new model of evolution---genes can changes themselves initiatively and intelligently. May be this mechanism has something to do with what happened at Cambria.

There is a comparison between gene(genes?) and a special program, I roughly take gene as a special computer program.

First let see the behavior of the program, the program can be changed by mistakes such as copy

Mistakes or internet transportation mistakes (like x ray to gene ) , and there is another mechanism, when the program receives the information from key board or mouse( as a plant or animal ,who hosts the gene, sense the outside world or get information through unknown way ), the program(at most case ) just analysis and process the data properly and store them in hard disk(somewhere in the germ cell may be DNA or protein at the gene case), and the behavior of the program is the same( no mutation of the plant or animal can be observe ), after a long time(many generations to the gene), when some conditions trigger the program, the program begin to analysis the stored data(a special part of gene begin to analysis the stored “silence substance” in the germ cell), after analysis, the program applies some changes (the most important step)to the program himself. And the program’s behavior changes(mutation happens in germ cell) .
