Liquidation of a Firm
1. After the liquidation of the affairs of --, the business will be carried on under the style of --.
2. Referring to the annexed circular as to the liquidation of the firm of B.S. & Co., I have now to inform you that I shall in future carry on the business under the style of J.S. & Co.
3. After the liquidation of the affairs of P. & W. has been finished, the business will be carried on under the style of P. & L.
4. Mr. C.P., who has been appointed liquidator of the late firm will discharge all liabilities, and all accounts due to the late firm must be paid to him.
5. All accounts of the late firm of S & M. will be settled by Mr. C. and myself.
6. Messrs. W. & Co. have taken over the whole of my liabilities, stock, and bookdebts, so that I must ask you to forward to them all amounts due.
7. the liquidation of the concern is intrusted to Mr. J. C. of that city, now trading under the firm of C. & L.
8. The new firm, which is entrusted with the liquidation of the affairs of both houses, will be styled C.R. & Co.
9. As managing partner of the house, and executor of my lamented friend, the charge of liquidating the affairs of the firm devolves upon me, and I shall consequently henceforth sign "P. & Co. in liquidation", of which be pleased to take notice.
10. Our partnership having ceased by mutual consent, we inform you, that both this establishment and that at M. will forthwith liquidate their pending business; for which purpose alone our firm will be used hereafter.
11. The new firm will meet all liabilities, and take over the assets of the above-mentioned firm.
12. All debts due to and liabilities of my late firm have been taken over by him, and will accordingly be payable to and by him respectively.
13. All debts due to, and owing by, the said partnership, will be received and paid by the continuing partners.
14. The assets and liabilities will be received and paid by Mr. M. at the above address.
15. All accounts due to and owing by Messrs. M & M in connection with the business will be received and paid as heretofore in their name at their offices.
16. The outstanding accounts of the late house will be settled by the old firm at their temporary office, 10, T. St.
17. We request our correspondents to carry over their outstanding accounts to the new firm, and to continue to us their former favour.
18. We have instructed Mr. T. Toda to collect and settle all accounts in connection with this firm, and all communications regarding the counting-house matters should be addressed to this gentleman, when they will be promptly attended to.
公司业务清算
1、某某公司业务经清算后，将以某某名义进行营业。
2、同函附上BS公司的清算通告，并通知我将以JS公司的名义继续营业。特此告知。
3、PW公司在清算终结后将以PL公司名义营业。
4、CP先生被指定为清算人，他负责偿付前公司一切债务，前公司应收款项请照付给他。
5、前SM公司所有帐目由C先生与本人负责清理。
6、现由W公司负责我们债务，存货及应付款项。因此，前公司往来款项，均请与该公司联系为荷。
7、本公司的清理工作已委托该市JC先生代办，他现以CL公司名义营业。
8、受托清理该两公司的新公司是CR公司。
9、我将以该公司执行股东与已故合伙人的指定遗产执行人名义，负责清理该公司，今后的签字是“清理中的P公司”，特请注意。
10、经协商后我们决定终止合伙。本公司及在M市的公司立即进行清理。凡未了事宜，今后统由本公司进行办理，特此奉告。
11、新公司将承担上述公司的一切资产与负债。
12、前公司一切债权债务均由该员负责。该员将支付债务并接受债权。
13、前公司的债权与债务均由继任合伙人收取或支付。
14、资产与负债均由上述地址的M先生负责接受与支付。
15、与上述业务有关的MM公司的债权债务，仍以该公司名义在该办事处负责接受与支付。
16、前公司未了帐目，将在T街10号临时办公室清算。
17、未了帐项，请各客户转帐给新公司，并请继续惠顾该公司为荷。
18、我们已指示户田太郎负责该公司往来帐目，有关应付与应收款项事宜，请直接与他联系。有关会计方面的信函，如直接寄他，必能迅速办理。
