He is the biggest newcomer to the team Miami Heat. Last week, he began this NBA season with them. Can he take the team to the top as he did when he played for the L.A. Lakers?
Shaq is confident (自信的). The centre (中锋) has kept Miami Heat winning since their first game.
Last Thursday, Miami Heat beat (打败) Cleveland Cavaliers (骑士队) 92-86.
Shaq''s leg hurt, but he still got 17 points (分) in the game.
"I''m the son of a strong man. If I can walk I can play," he said.
"You can''t stop Shaq," said Drew Gooden from the Cavaliers. "He is going to get his numbers."
Shaq made the Lakers No 1 three times. He was one of the NBA''s all-time top 50 players in 1996.
But Shaq is not just famous for his size. The large man has other different talents (才能). He has made many rap albums (饶舌音乐专辑), and they have sold millions! He is the star of many films.
He also likes to help others.
"I am going to give food to homeless people on Thanksgiving. I''m going to drive a big truck to some places and give toys (玩具), good toys," said Shaq.
"When I finish playing, I want to be a policeman," he said.
