(1) Xiao Li went to bed as soon as he came home.
(2) I''ll go when I have had my dinner.
S :1. The sun 2. The moon 3. The universe 4. We all 5. Who 6. What he said 7. They 8. The pen V (不及物动词) :was shining. rose. remains. breathe, eat, and drink. cares? does not matter. talked for half an hour. writes smoothly 1.
系动词分两类:be, look, keep, seem等属一类,表示情况;get, grow, become, turn等属另一类,表示变化。 S V(是系动词) P

S V(及物动词) O
1. Who │knows │the answer? ┃ ┃

┃ S │V(及物)│ o(多指人) │ O(多指物) ┃ ┃

We found the hall full.
We found the great hall full of students and teachers.
We found the great hall full of students and teachers listen- ing to an important report.
We found the great hall full of students and teachers listen- ing to an important report made by a comrade from the People''s Daily on current affairs in East Europe.
以 get 为例:
He''s getting angry. (S V C)
He got through the window. (S V M)
You''ll get a surprise. (S V O)
He got his shoes and socks wet. (S V O C)
He got himself into trouble. (S V O M)

I found the book easily. (S V O M)
I found the book easy. (S V O C)
I have to do something.
I have something to do.
If + Present Tense ..., S + will/shall + V ...
will 用於所有的人稱,在 I 和 we 之後可用 shall 代替 will。若主句的主詞為 I 或 we 時,可以用 shall 代替 will。像 if necessary(如果需要),if possible(如果可能),if so(如果這樣)等固定片語實際上是省略了的 if 子句。
