Case 1:In an university of Tianjin.A boy jumped out of the window from a building after his girlfriend broke up with him.
Case 2:In an university of Beijing.A boy jumped into the lake after a girl refused his help.
Case 3:In my university.A freshman hung himself in his dorm,becasue of the illness he got and the dissatisfaction of the school.
Some people don't believe what I told above.But,they did happen.I still remember what a friend described:She was taking her bicycle when the boy jumped from the 11th floor.When she heard the sound and turned her head,she saw him lying on the ground in red.I cannot get rid of an image...There is always a mass of red in my mind,flowing in the air.I do not know him.But I feel really really sad.He's so young.How can he end his life that easily?
And in my school,the boy's dormates no longer live in that dorm.They said living there could only bring them sadness.
Suicide happens frequently in universities lately.They chose leave this world,for pressure from study,for dissatisfaction of the living condition,for parting with their boyfriends or girlfriends,or for illness etc.They may had thought a lot before they took action,but they did not consider the sorrow and the grief they would bring to their parents.
The most sorrowful ones are the parents.
To live can be a not easy thing sometimes.Things make you sad,down,injured would happen anytime.But,once you were born,your life is not only yours.You build relationships with others.Your life becomes a part of their lives,too.They care for you.They would be sad for you if you leave.Who you would hurt are more than yourself.
Life is full of responsibilities.Actually we do not live for ourself sometimes.You may have a thousand reasons to die,but for only one reason you cannot die.That is there're still people who love you and are loved by you.
My favorite writer Echo ended her life in 1991,13 years after her husband Jose passed away.At first I did not understand why she still chose suicide,because she said so much "I will live" after Jose died from an accident.Now I understand a little.She tried to live for 13 more years for her parents and the people who love her.But she failed.Jose was her soul.Perhaps leaving was the best way for Echo to find her home.Home is where Jose is.Her leaving showed how deeply she loved Jose.
But for us it is different.Echo's life was combined tightly with Jose's.Life is still simple in universities.Compared with their tragedy,our troubles seem slight.There are many many ways to conquer the notion of suicide.To share your thoughts with friends,to pay attention to some other activities.It won't rain all the time.
There are many pleasant things in the world.Please go seek them by yourself.Don't choose that dark and tragic road.
