Hi Angel,
Thanks for your reply. I will correct your post for you and I hope that many people will be able to learn from the corrections as well as you.
Note: Always leave one space after a punctuation mark.
Peoples' names must begin with a capital letter.
If you don't know any grammar that surprises me, because you have used grammar well in your post. Maybe you have read enough to have gained "a feel" for it? To get "a feel for" grammar and punctuation is the reason I suggested in another post that people read cheap second-hand pocket books that were printed in a Western country.
You need to learn more about what makes a sentence so that you will know where to place your periods, question marks or exclamation marks. Please study sentence structure.
Your problem with sentences is that you used commas where periods were needed. This causes the reader to get a breathless feeling while reading. It also keeps you writing from being very clear and easily understood.
You need to break up what you write into sentences of various lengths. You will see that I have done it in your corrected post. A sentence contains a complete thought. The sentences that follow it may say more about that thought, but it will also be a complete thought. When you change your thought to another topic, then you will need to begin a new paragraph. This makes for orderly, easily understood and correct writing in English.
Your sentence "I am glad to see you here." was done correctly, except that you did not finish it with a period to end it. "I am glad" was the subject, and "to see you here" explains why you were glad. That makes a complete sentence which needs a period to end it. Then the reader can grasp your thought, take a breath, and go on to your next thought.
Remember, if you don't end your sentences with periods, but just keep using commas, there is nothing to show you came to the end of one thought. The reader begins to feel breathless and as though you are talking very fast, and it is hard to keep up. This is because a comma allows only a little pause. A period allows a longer stop. A paragraph means an even longer stop than a period, and also a change of subject. I hope this makes sense to you? If not, please ask.

Here is the correction of your post:
Mary,
I am glad to see you here. Maybe I am a stranger to you, but I have seen many of your replies and articles, and that many friends care for you. You are kindly, so far as I know. I always hoped that you would point out some mistakes in my English. To tell the truth, I know nothing about English grammar.
I replied to ZZjc's article but I don't know whether you saw it. I hope I can make friends with you, and learn more from you. I realize from my side, that my English level is quite limited, and from yours that you are very busy....
Although I know that maybe you won't see this reply I still have a gleam of hope. My email address is <angel.jy.liu@philips.com>.
Sincerely, Angel
