Yesterday evening, our company held ceremonious annual dinner of 2004 in Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen in order to appreciate all staffs who make the contribution and effort to company. Staffs who have not returned home went there to have
dinner. During dinner, company arranged some wonderful performance, interesting
games and luck draw. We enjoyed ourselves. I would like to express my mind by this article.
Shangri-La is one of five stars-level hotels in Shenzhen. So we all wore formal or fancy clothes to go there. Every girl was very pretty. Many girls dressed up, combed nice hair and put lip rouge and cleanser onto the face, which looked more beautiful than at working time. Of course, those boys were not exceptional too. They also wore business suit and black and light leather shoes, their bright hairs were subtly groomed. So they looked more handsome than anytime as well
as. We appreciated two toastmasters’ attractive mien. Their primping was different with others. Both spoken Chinese and English were standard and adept, which
made us greatly admire. Background person took many pictures for all of us as memories.
At PM8:00, dinner was formally starting. At first, management level gave speeches about achievement, experience and failure summarization in the overalls of manufacturing and management product in 2004. Their English speeches are also
wonderful and inspirer. At the same time, company invited players from Xing Guang chorus to perform. Their about 1 hour performance was so wonderful that we wanted to study dance very much and perform like them on the stage one day. Otherwise, management level announced the gainers of 10-year service award teamwork award & leadership award.
The most interesting programs are games and luck draw. The games were simple and funny. Firstly, only dress in red was qualified to join it; Secondly, People whose mobile brand is Nokia were qualified to continue. Like this, that people who was suitable for the final qualification was winner. There were 20 piece big prizes and 480 people waiting for being drawn in this luck draw. The prizes were very plentiful, Nokia Mobile 6100, Motorola super-thin Mobile, Sharp Mobile,
Olympus super digital camera, RMB500 cash, RMB1500 cash, RMB2000 cash and so on
. We were fond of them. So everyone wished self was lucky. For everybody, chance
was chickenshit. Thus, I had no expectation. The reason was that I have not got
a prize in luck draw activities since I worked in Shenzhen after graduation. Finally, the only one of colleagues in our department was luckily drew RMB1500 cash. We were pleased with her. Though I have got no award, I feel that I am fortunate in Concord too. It is American manufacturing enterprise. There are advanced
operation system, management mode and powerful human resource in this company. Working in English lets me learn more knowledge and working experience. This is a
kind of huge fortune for individual. We should treasure the working opportunity
in Concord and work hard for Concord. I think it was hard that company still could bring us better welfare in the case that company income is not good this year. Moreover, we received double salary (year-end reward) of Year 2004 from company on the other day.
Spring Festival is coming, so I wish all people in Concord Company have a
most happy and prosperous New Year and can make more efforts for company in 2005
. Meanwhile, hope Concord Corporation will have a new beginning, splendid improvement and greater success in the coming New Year.
