T： What do you do when you assess the patient？
S： We observe the patient using the senses such as looking ， listening， touching， smelling an speaking. An active assessment of the patient''s needs.
T： What is Nursing diagnosis？
S： Nurasing diagnosis is a statement of an actual or potential patient problem that requires nursing intervention.
T： How do you make the plan of care？
S： The care plan is built on the foundation of patient''s problems. The highst priority will be designed as problem number one and treated first. For example the oxgen ned of a patient with myocardial infarction must always be met at once.
T： What is the meaning of implementation？
S： That is to carry out the plan.

学生：我们以病人的问题为根据制订护理计划。确定急需解决的问题，要首先予以解决。例如心肌梗塞病人的氧气需要总是必须立即满足的。
老师：实施计划是什么？
学生：意思是将计划付诸实践。
