估计没几个人能记到娱乐记事君之前发布的这个Vernian Process -《Behold the Machine》张砖～在此也要对娱乐君的贡献表示膜拜！！那张奇美无比～
这次的The Forgotten Age 也奇美无比（词穷词穷，跪），首先简单说一下vernian process，名字来源于儒勒·凡尔纳，也体现了他们的创作理念～steampunk（没听过的童鞋请直接联想最终幻想）vernian的很多音乐都有很直接的机械，齿轮和类似蒸汽的声音，他们总是能用这种不变的理念完成天衣无缝的编曲并营造出很深刻的氛围效果！！以上！！（多年没学语文的人表示这玩意这是难写。。。= =）

Vernian Process is a musical project formed in San Francisco in 2003 by Joshua Pfeiffer. Multi-instrumentalist Martin Irigoyen joined the project in 2008; keyboardist Heather Yager, bassist Peter J. Zarate, guitarist Jim Brodbeck, and drummer Free Fargo joined in 2009. The project has also featured guest contributions from Mitzi Jones (vocals on "Her Clockwork Heart"), Pasha Smith (vocals on "Sonnet De L'Absinthe"), Malcolm Schreeck (of the Victorian Synthpunk band Unextraordinary Gentlemen), and Allison Curval (of "The Clockwork Dolls").
Taking its name from the works of 19th century author Jules Verne, Vernian Process is a Darkwave band that creates music themed around Victorian scientific romance, and its 20th century equivalent steampunk. Joshua began working on music under the name Vernian Process in winter of 2003. He released a number of home made downloadable albums over the next 4 years, and is currently working with Martin Irigoyen on their first official album to be released in September 2009.
